24 hours, 7 days a week. We pride ourselves by making sure we are available to accept and collect parcels in normal hours or aMer hours, with a team that works aMer hours for you to call directly to ensure jobs are booked and collected at any Ame necessary.
Technology?
Pick and Deliver uses a Despatching system integrated with a booking system for any account that is created. This system is a one way connecAon between the customer and our customer service and accounts, ensuring we can acAvely see any jobs booked in on any service and
allocate the work accordingly to provide you the best Ame possible for deliveries.
Tracking?
One of the most fundamental parts and a crucial area in logisAcs is tracking. We understand this completely and offer a full tracking from Pick up to Drop off with ETAs on arrival, including opAonal SMS and Email tracking to the customer. Apart from tracking is Proof Of Deliveries. We also have a signature on Glass and photos can be taken if needed by our drivers.
